Does TDD replace a statutory condition survey or expert examination?
No. It is an independent advisory review for a stated client decision. Where regulated surveys, expert opinions or tests are required, ALMECO defines a separate brief and coordinates appropriately qualified specialists.
Which assets can be reviewed?
Warehouses, offices, retail and commercial buildings, manufacturing sites and industrial assets. Disciplines are selected around the actual systems and risk profile.
How accurate is the CAPEX?
TDD provides preliminary ranges with the basis and uncertainty stated. Detailed cost requires design, quantities, surveys and market quotations under a separate scope.
What determines the programme?
Record readiness, asset size and complexity, safe access, number of disciplines and response time from the client and third parties.
How is TDD different from a targeted engineering investigation?
TDD reviews an existing asset through the transaction lens: material risks, phased CAPEX and decision conditions. A targeted investigation goes deeper into one defined issue, such as cracking, vibration or system failure, and does not replace transaction-wide review.
