Data transparency
Clear rules for service enquiries, Demo requests, consultations and business correspondence with ALMECO.
Version dated 30 August 2026The controller is ALMECO Limited Liability Partnership, BIN 100240016271, Republic of Kazakhstan. Address for data requests: 56 Abylai Khan Avenue, Office 46, Almaty.
ALMECO requests only the information needed for the selected action.
By ticking a checkbox that is not preselected, the user consents to the enquiry being recorded, delivery of a Demo when requested, abuse prevention and contact only about the selected service, product or project enquiry, including clarification, consultation and a commercial proposal by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Contact about that specific enquiry is permitted for up to 12 months from consent or until consent is withdrawn, whichever occurs first.
This consent does not cover general marketing, offers for other services or products, or disclosure of contact details for independent third-party marketing.
Data is not published or sold. Access is limited to authorised ALMECO representatives and technical providers needed to operate and protect the service.
ALMECO reviews the need to continue retaining request data at least once every 12 months and whenever consent is withdrawn. If the processing purpose no longer applies, the data is deleted or anonymised unless a different period is required by law or to protect legal claims.
ALMECO may use hosting and communications providers to operate and secure the site and deliver requests. This may involve technical disclosure to third parties and cross-border processing strictly for the stated purposes.
Publication in publicly accessible sources is not permitted. Details of the processing channel can be requested by email.
You may request access, correction, cessation of contact, withdrawal of consent or deletion through the contact channel used in the form or by providing enough information to identify the record.
After a valid withdrawal, ALMECO will stop the relevant processing within the period required by Kazakhstan law unless another legal duty requires retention.
ALMECO uses one Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads on public pages. Measurement storage operates automatically outside the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. For visitors in those regions, analytics and advertising storage and advertising user-data signals are denied by default; only privacy-preserving cookieless signals are sent. Ad personalisation is always disabled. The private lead inbox is not tracked.
Processing may include the canonical page address with allowlisted UTM tags and advertising-click identifiers but without other query parameters or fragments, page language, the referring domain, a pseudonymous browser identifier in a Google Analytics cookie, general device and approximate-region data, and events such as a successful enquiry, Demo request and download start, selected contact method, social-link visit and other pseudonymous interactions with website elements. Google technically processes the IP address to derive an approximate region, but ALMECO does not add it to analytics or conversion-measurement events. Events do not receive form-field values — name, company, phone number, email address or message — or a lead ID or download grant.
Google may process technical data across borders under its own terms and privacy policy. Measurement cookies are not stored by default in restricted regions; in other regions they can be deleted or limited through browser settings.
