PMC does not replace the designer, contractor, author or technical supervision, formal review or client decisions unless separately and lawfully appointed. Authority to instruct, approve and change is recorded in the responsibility matrix.

ALMECO’s approach draws on the founder’s personal experience in EPC, PMC, design, construction, technical supervision, QA/QC, industrial facilities and infrastructure. This includes professional work completed before and outside ALMECO assignments and is not presented as a portfolio of projects delivered by the company.

What should be agreed at the outset

Can ALMECO join a project that is already in difficulty?

Yes. We begin with a factual review of status, input quality, obligations, programme, cost and critical decisions. A recovered baseline and realistic stabilisation plan are then agreed.

What information is needed for an initial assessment?

A short asset and stage description, location, intended scope, available design and permit records, target dates and the main issue are usually enough. After review, ALMECO issues a focused list of missing inputs.

How are fee and duration determined?

They are confirmed after reviewing the inputs and asset responsibility category. Key drivers include disciplines and specialist team, scale and complexity, site visits, programme, document volume, number of parties and required control depth.

Can this service be appointed separately?

Yes. ALMECO may perform one function or include it in an agreed technical-customer, PMC or Owner’s Engineer model. Roles and potential conflicts are checked before appointment.
