Why ALMECO

  • Broad licensed coverage from structures and utilities to specified linear and process-related works.
  • One engineering line from design through site delivery, QA/QC and acceptance.

Client outcome

Control and evidence of completed work

The document set follows the design, contract and applicable requirements.

  • Work, mobilisation, procurement and inspection plan.

  • Quality plans, ITPs, inspection requests and records for the agreed scope.

  • Progress, risk, change, procurement and open-item reporting.

  • As-built records, test results and handover dossier.

Legal basis and responsibility boundaries

Construction must be based on ready and applicable documentation.

Before mobilisation, ALMECO checks design, permit readiness, quantities, site, interfaces and party responsibilities. Hidden conditions, design change, additional work and third-party delay are managed through contract procedures rather than assumed without review.

Basis of our approach

25+ years of the founder’s professional engineering experience.

ALMECO’s approach draws on the founder’s personal experience in EPC, PMC, design, construction, technical supervision, QA/QC, industrial facilities and infrastructure. This includes professional work completed before and outside ALMECO assignments and is not presented as a portfolio of projects delivered by the company.

Questions before appointment

What should be agreed at the outset

Will ALMECO take the entire project as general contractor?

The model is determined after assessing design, scope, resources, programme and risk. ALMECO may deliver an agreed package, coordinate subcontractors or propose phased delivery; general contracting is not promised before full review.

What information is needed for an initial assessment?

A short asset and stage description, location, intended scope, available design and permit records, target dates and the main issue are usually enough. After review, ALMECO issues a focused list of missing inputs.

How are fee and duration determined?

They are confirmed after reviewing the inputs and asset responsibility category. Key drivers include disciplines and specialist team, scale and complexity, site visits, programme, document volume, number of parties and required control depth.

Can this service be appointed separately?

Yes. ALMECO may perform one function or include it in an agreed technical-customer, PMC or Owner’s Engineer model. Roles and potential conflicts are checked before appointment.

Next step

Do you need to confirm that a construction package is ready to start?

Provide the design, quantities, programme, quality requirements and site information. We will define a deliverable package, interfaces and start conditions.
