Surveys, formal review, author supervision, specialist calculations and approvals are included only when expressly stated. A positive review also depends on complete inputs and decisions by authorised organisations.

ALMECO’s approach draws on the founder’s personal experience in EPC, PMC, design, construction, technical supervision, QA/QC, industrial facilities and infrastructure. This includes professional work completed before and outside ALMECO assignments and is not presented as a portfolio of projects delivered by the company.

What should be agreed at the outset

Can design start with incomplete inputs?

An agreed enabling stage may start, but missing inputs are recorded as constraints and risks. Decisions dependent on them are not issued as final until the data is confirmed.

What information is needed for an initial assessment?

A short asset and stage description, location, intended scope, available design and permit records, target dates and the main issue are usually enough. After review, ALMECO issues a focused list of missing inputs.

How are fee and duration determined?

They are confirmed after reviewing the inputs and asset responsibility category. Key drivers include disciplines and specialist team, scale and complexity, site visits, programme, document volume, number of parties and required control depth.

Can this service be appointed separately?

Yes. ALMECO may perform one function or include it in an agreed technical-customer, PMC or Owner’s Engineer model. Roles and potential conflicts are checked before appointment.
